DO NOT RECOMMEND! Had a horrible experience at Sauble Beach Lodge. The man we dealt with has zero communication skills and was belligerent the second an issue was brought up. We were refused a refund. After trying to reason with this person, he called the owner who informed us he could give us a refund for 1 day (had booked for 2 days). He was on the computer for a few minutes then abruptly said we needed to go through Expedia to get our partial refund. Expedia tried calling to confirm and they did not answer the phone. The next day we get an email from Expedia informing us that they had talked with Sauble Beach Lodge and that they had refused the refund. After a few conversations we did receive our partial refund. Sauble Beach had dirty and unethical business practices. Don’t ruin your vacation, book somewhere else.

The manager and staff are highly efficient. Loved our stay here from clean towels to nice sunset view. Very comfortable. 2min walk to the beach!! We can go back and forth throughout the day. Near ice cream.shop breakfast, lunch and dinner places and shopping areas. A bit of a walk to the Sauble beach arc sign, good for the heart to walk. Walking distance to kayak rentals.
