Room floor was dirty. No furniture in the room. So bright in the room we couldn’t sleep. No iron or ironing board in the room.

Not worth the money

Stayed in the Jetted Jacuzzi room for 2 days. Room was stayed for 2 adults but did not state at the time of booking that it was 15.00 extra a night for the second person. Adding 30.00 extra dollars to an already over priced room. The room is extremely over priced, not at all as updated as they started. Hot tub has no step to get in it or to get out, causing it to be very hard not to fall. When running makes a horribly loud noise in the bathroom. The sound is so loud you can't hear anything. The bed stunk, and covers smells of cigarettes. Mattress was broken down causing you to roll into the center of the bed. Very hard to sleep that way. The people below had dogs that barked all night and neighbors on each side drinking and playing very loud music. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The best part of the stay was the conversation with her.

Hypoallegenic and good bed for back and hip

The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me.

I never got to stay in room. Because my credit card was stolen and fraudulent charges was made on my account. I tried to get a hold of the front desk, and they told me that Dawn Linberg was never there or ever existed, yet the receipt says Dawn Linberg.

AMAZING

We loved the experience. It was my bday so i wanted something different and unique and nice. This hotel hit all spots. Big tv,nice hot tub. Loves the swans made out of towels. It made me feel so special. And the breakfast was so good.
