On Expedia it was advertised as a poolside view room and breakfast for 2. They initially did not give me a poolside room but changed it when I showed them the Expedia booking. Now they refused the breakfast for 2 and said that when I booked that I should have selected/stated it was 2 occupants so it was going to be only one breakfast. They front desk staff do not understand or know about the Expedia adverts.

Hotel.com, and local hotels reservation information did not sync either due to intentional deliberate action, or outright careless. I highly suspect the former and not the later. Service and experience witnessed was not typical of my experience at Protea.
