This is a unique property that is located just over the Rockland town line, in Owls Head, Maine. The property is looking out on Rockland Harbor with views of Penobscot Bay. This is located on a quiet dead end, paved road towards the end. There is access to a rocky beach and there are steps down to the ocean. Two kayaks are available at your leisure and lobster can be delivered anytime for market price. This is a one bedroom year-round home. The bedroom is located upstairs, with the living, kitchen and bathroom downstairs on the main floor. Just a few steps from the door, you will be at your own rocky beach. The location and the views are spectacular. You will love it.

Peace in Motion

Stunning sunrises, beautiful views. Great home base for visiting the Islands of Islesboro, North Haven and Valhaven. Shuttled E-bikes via ferry for a day ride on each. Great sandwiches and pizza at the Owl's head general store and great restaurants nearby in Rockford. Friendly neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.
