Great place. Really enjoyed our stay. A bit confusing about the check in and keys, and had to ask a few times before getting instructions. Also need to clean carpets, fan in kitchen and pillows.

Property was in a fantastic location - easy walk to everything. Checking in was simple - we were met at the door at the agreed time. Was comfortable, everything worked, convenient for family of five looking to enjoy central Oxford. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful space an an amazing historical town. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Wish I would have had time to stay even longer. I hope to be back soon.

Good flat close to city center

Good place, space and very clean. Nice host very helpful. Not completely fit for 6 people (just the minimum cutlery, only 4 chairs to eat in the living room. Quiet but still very close to the city center.

This property was great. The communication was incredible. The location to the train, and the shopping, and the castle was perfect. All amenities were as advertised and in perfect working order. Caroline took the time to meet my schedule, and then made sure I knew were I was going - she was an angel. You want a good place to stay while in Oxford - this place was absolutely perfect.

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is spacious, quiet, modern, equipped with high quality facilities (oven, microwave, washer/dryer, heating etc) and cooking utensils. It is convenient to Sainsbury local for supermarket needs, surrounding shops and key sites around Oxford. We could not recommend this apartment more highly.

The apartment was clean, kitchen area was nice to have, plus washer/dryer. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment, so something to keep in mind. The QR code was helpful for info about the radiator, but there was nothing about the towel rack. I’m assuming it’s not functional. Beds were just ok…not terribly comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived at the property which had a private parking space. However someone was parked in the space and we received no response when contacting the host via hotels.com app. We checked in to discover the apartment had not been cleaned. Food all over the floors, slept in bedding, used towels everywhere and filthy bathrooms and toilet. This meant we had to walk the streets of Oxford at night in search of a hotel to stay. Which cost us more than the cost of this property. We finally got a response from the host who said they would sort it. But very short replies and no detail on timings. As a result we spent over 70% of the two day trip unable to use the apartment. We stayed on the second night and left in the morning. To our horror when applying for a refund, any refund whatsoever was rejected by hotels.com and the host! Do not stay here, absolute disgrace. Luckily I paid via credit card so my bank forced Hotels.com to refund us in full. If we had not, we would be out of pocket for the booking and the extra hotel.
