Fine for the price

This is definitely a lesson in you get what you pay for. It is a renovated motel and by renovated I mean they basically just purchased cheap new materials/paint to cover up what was there before. It definitely isn’t a hotel. The pictures online look a lot nicer than it was and I’m really not sure how it got so many 5 star reviews (the reason I decided to give it a chance). I could see daylight through the door cracks so it didn’t seem super secure. There was hair in the bathroom tub and what looked like mold near the ceiling. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain. The floor laminate was buckling in some places and the main room and bathroom could really use a new coat of paint. The people running the place were very nice so that was the best thing going for the place. Overall, fine considering the price and the fact that is so close to Miami U (5 min drive) but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was comfortable. The issue I had was that I accidently booked on the wrong date, then cancelled within the cancellation policy, and rebooked for correct date. The property would not refund me for the incorrect booking date. Therefore, I essentially paid twice for the same booking. This is poor customer service considering I realized my mistake immediately and rebooked for the correct date right away and within the cancellation policy

Had no hot water 1st night of stay but it was remedied by a plumber early next day. Staff was so nice and had great communications. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Cheap place to stay for a weekend college visit for sure.

Staff is friendly. Location was good for the event we attended at Miami Univ. Very overpriced for very tiny room. Barely enough room for 2 adults to move around. There's now way you could fit a family in the room. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bathroom was very used and didn't feel clean. It was okay for 1 night but definitely no longer.

Was pretty clean. The bathroom was my only issue. Definitely needed a good repaint and mildew cleaning. The toilet was a little loud and the seat was loose. There were also some small bugs coming out of the sink when it was sitting for a while with no water. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. I enjoyed the modern look. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave.
