Four rooms with Smart TVs with streaming channels. Easily sleeps 5 with lots of floor space for air mattresses. Easy access to shuttle parking for game days. Less than 2 miles to main Oxford grocery stores. Plenty of parking in driveway.
Note: House comfortably sleeps 5 with someone on the very comfortable couch. There’s plenty of floor space if you want to bring air mattresses. Air mattress and pack’n’play can be provided upon request and many weeks notice.

BEST Rental I've Ever Had!!
This is the most adorable home and the host was superb! The house was immaculate, the décor was beautiful, felt like we were staying in a display home. The towels were luxurious! The location was fantastic, less than 4 miles to the Ole Miss campus. The host thought of everything, even had adorable decorated cookies themed to the Ole Miss/LSU game for that weekend. Communication was great and we felt incredibly welcomed in her home. This was honestly the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in!
