Will avoid in future
We will avoid this company's offerings in the future. We arrived at our designated time and walked into some other people sitting in the location that we had reserved. The folks said they had requested extra days so were allowed to keep what would have been our chosen site. We were rerouted without a problem but this was inappropriate and disappointing. The new site had a better location but was a setting we were not as pleased with. The hosts were very respectful and apologetic and kind - they had tried to contact us but we had not been around internet and it would have been better to text us as well to inform us of the change. The place was clean (aside from standing water in a plugged tub and a dirty sock on the floor). It lacked kitchen linens and bathroom hand or body soaps. We feel this company has too many locations they care for to be able to give service that meets hospitable expectations - we were not at a conference and only needing a place to sleep but rather had been planning a needed getaway that involved much planning ahead on our part and we would like to think this was true of the company that owns this property. Nathan and Jessica were warm and easy to work with, though.
