Beautiful, stylish, & romantic 2bd/2 ba cottage just a 5 minute walk from the beach! Step through the gate into a lush & serene bamboo sanctuary…the sounds of water flowing into a small koi pond, a fire pit, a bright & comfortable open concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, spacious bedrooms with luxurious bedding & chic bathrooms, wide screen TV’s for perfect movie nights, & a magical backyard with outdoor shower, lounge area, and jacuzzi under the stars. A dream getaway!

Set behind a private fence and lush bamboo, this fully renovated home has a courtyard with a beautiful koi pond and water feature, and a backyard with an outdoor shower, lounge area, and jacuzzi.

Inside the house, the main living area features a 50` flat screen TV, luxurious leather sofa, casual chairs, and an indoor swing. There is a dining/game table that seats 4.

Both bedrooms are equipped with high quality queen size beds, 1 with a desk. A third entertainment room comes with a luxurious King Size bed, couch and ottoman with X-large flat screen TV for ultimate family movie nights.

A peninsula in the kitchen is a great spot for coffee or to set up a buffet. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator with ice maker. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans and dinner service for 8.
Sit on the porch or the cafe table in the morning for coffee.
Lounge out on the chaise for a lazy day reading books from the extensive book collection.
Gather your family and friends for wine and a cozy meal in the backyard lounge area, or tell stories around the fire pit and finish the evening with s’mores.
After a swim in the ocean or a surf in some of the best waves in the area, hop in the outdoor shower and then relax in the jacuzzi.

This house is unique in that it is close to the marina (Kiddie Beach and Hobbie Beach), shops and restaurants, and the main Silver Strand beach access point!

Everything is pretty much within walking distance in this neighborhood. If you purchased the ‘all inclusive’ package, you can utilize the bikes, scooters, paddle boards, and surf boards!

House has a theatre room with a king size bed and sofa with a very large screen TV for amazing movie nights.
Guests should endeavor to keep the house clean while they stay. If needed, we can offer maid service for an additional cleaning fee (equal to the typical cleaning fee).

In regard to events, please follow prevailing County Health guidelines for gatherings of multiple households. For example, not going to have a huge rave party here - haha

What an amazing home! So many wonderful details from the high end appliances to the comfortable beds! The seclusion of the meditation pond provides a nice buffer of safety if you are traveling alone. Great communication with the hosts and our absolute highest recommendation!

Sweet oasis close to beach and channel islands

We absolutely loved this cozy oasis! Owners were easy to communicate with and reality is better than the listing. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to relax! Great attention to detail and all you need is here. We went to Channel Islands and walked to the beach… great access! Would definitely recommend and return!

Such a great place to stay

There were 6 of us and it easily slept all of us. The kitchen was really nice and had all the pots and pans and stuff to cook with. The location was great because it was quiet and was actually like a 7 minute walk to the beach. The front yard with the fish pond was super cool and it was nice and private because of the bamboo. The backyard was smaller than I expected but the jacuzzi and outdoor shower is really neat. The bathrooms were super nice and clean, would bathroom again. The showers were confusing to use but the water pressure and temp were good so I can’t complain. The lighting in the house was also good, especially in the kitchen and living room area. Would 100% stay here again.

The front yard of the property was very secluded, and tranquil, with the landscaping, ponds and walkway bridge. The house was very clean and was exactly as described. We were treated to beautiful sunflowers on the dining room table, fresh fruit, popcorn, and s'mores fixings. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and other beverages were supplied, as were many spices. Plenty of towels were provided for our stay. Extra touches were done throughout the house, and everything that we needed was supplied. The hot tub and back yard were also very secluded, and we felt like we were in an oasis! This was truly a treasure near the beach and Channel Islands boat tours. The owners, Greg & Lisa, were very quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this location for anyone's stay, and if we ever come back to the area, we'd certainly choose this location again.
