Villa Heaven is a wonderful property located in the area of Trapani, on a fantastic spot with a breathtaking view over its marvelous surroundings.

This stunning villa is spread over three levels and offers a huge garden, a private pool and with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one located outside) it can accommodate up to 9 people in the best comfort and privacy.

As you enter the property, you will soon be welcomed by its large and well-maintained garden, on one side you will find the BBQ, dining table for al fresco meals, various sitting and chill-out areas. On the other side, there is the large pool, equipped with sun beds, sun chairs and sun umbrellas with a panoramic view across Mount Erice, Trapani and Paceco’s saltapans to the Egadis.

Moving on into the villa there is a large and airy living room, complete of 2 large sofas on one side, while on the other side there is a large dining table with chairs, a lovely fireplace, and 2 large French doors with easy access to the outdoor area.

On this very level, there is also a well-equipped kitchenette with a small table with chairs and easy access to the outdoor terrace, as well as 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a large single bed, 1 bathroom with tub.

Moving on to the upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

Lastly, Villa Heaven has a large basement room with kitchen, fireplace, bar and billiard table, as well as 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

The entire property is furnished with taste and fine furniture, and it offers internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating (radiators), satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The province of Trapani contains an extraordinary natural heritage starting from the well-known Egadi Islands and the splendid volcanic island of Pantelleria, real oases to discover and experience.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; Arrival day: Saturday only from 22/06 to 30/08
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: water, electricity up to 400 kwh (over 400 kwh an extra charge of € 0,40 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, bed linens for 1 week, midweek change of bath towels, midweek reset of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Heating on consumption.
Firewood not included.
The pool is open from 1st March to 30th November.
Pets not allowed. Car Park is included.
