This was the perfect place for a weekend away! It's great for a family or for a couple of friends. Everything was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, with a beautifully maintained home, complete with hot tub, grill, and a kids' room full of toys. There was even a cupboard with family board games. They've thought of every detail, and were incredibly responsive and kind. I would stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Spotless, modern, still smells like new, and Chris is an excellent communicator making our stay very turnkey. Unit is well stocked with all the necessities. . We loved our family stay at Knotting Hill! Everything was wonderful from the cottage to Seabrook. This was our first time visiting Seabrook and we appreciated how well equipped this rental is! The host communication was also excellent. My wife said everything was cute here including the toaster. She also said this getaway was one of her best birthdays. We plan to stay again next year.

Great First Time Stay at Seabrook

Our family had a great stay at the property for our first time in Seabrook. The unit was immaculately clean and new. We had no issues whatsoever and the location was perfect for us. The weather was a little rainy so we appreciated the assortment of board games for the kiddos. We would definitely recommend others visiting Seabrook to stay here and we will likely return ourselves in the future!

Great first experience at Seabrook

This was our first time traveling to Seabrook. Our stay was great - the house was tucked away with lots of walking trails. There's a park nearby where we could take our daughter along with a little farm she enjoyed spending time at. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs as a small family. It was great that we didn't need to bring toys for our 2 year-old either.

Great New “Cottage” Getaway

The home is in a quiet, deadend loop of Seabrook, and you park and walk to your front door so no car traffic! Since the home is newer, everything was fresh, clean and in working order. The house had every amenity we needed, and my family enjoyed the backyard seating and fire pit and especially the private hot tub. The hosts communicated well and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again!
