The brand-new neighborhood of Pacific Glen invites guests to enjoy a quiet, peaceful and visually stunning environment. Just a few steps down the crushed seashell path that runs in front of the house is the wooden staircase to the beach. Stroll along the beach and get lost in the early morning mists, or walk a short block to the quaint, family-friendly town center and indulge in fresh, home-made cinnamon rolls and coffee at the bakery. "Beach Mode" may beckon you back to soak in its bubbly hot tub, or to sit and relax on the covered porch, where you feel you can almost reach out and touch the ocean waves! Being in “Beach Mode” was never so breath-taking!

More than just a Luxury Oceanfront property, "Beach Mode" is a family-oriented home lovingly decorated to bring the feeling of the magnificent northwest coast indoors. Its palette of sunshine-y yellow and a myriad of beachy blues and greens lifts the spirit and calms the soul. Everything has been designed to maximize comfort, ease, and opportunities to enjoy great company surrounded by nature's wonders.

On the first floor, you will find an easily accessible bedroom and bathroom - no stair-climbing necessary! The kitchen boasts a convenient center island with three high-backed leather barstools. It is well-stocked with cooking essentials, and open to the spacious dining area which seats 10 adults comfortably - more if your group includes kids, or you like the idea of getting cozy on the bench that can be pulled up to the table. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen, cable TV, a DVD player and movies, board games and a shelf full of classic books to read. The most captivating element of this room is the unmatched panoramic ocean view visible through large windows facing west, as well as north and south. The additional half bathroom and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer complete the first floor.

The middle floor is home to the delightful primary bed/bath, where you wake up in the king-sized bed to another spectacular view seen through the tall windows and glass door. You can sit at the bistro table on the balcony for late afternoon tea or a glass of wine while you take in the vivid sunset hues; don't be surprised if a bald eagle soars over your head! Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one bathroom also lie on this floor.

The fifth bedroom can be found at the pinnacle of the house, just off of the expansive family room. Perfect for kids, this room includes four twin beds, one of which is a trundle. The spacious bonus room with its eye-pleasing architectural features offers a large, comfortable couch from which you can view the ocean waves, as well as cushy bean bags and a swinging chair which also provide ideal spots for watching TV or movies. The third floor windows offer the broadest ocean view in the entire house.
