This wonderful downtown location puts you right in the middle of downtown Pacific Grove where you'll find restaurants, shops, galleries and destinations all within walking distance. Caledonia Park, the Natural History Museum, Lover's Point Beach and the Recreation Trail are all just a few blocks away. Nearby Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, numerous golf venues and charming coastal towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey are an easy drive from your home base.

This one-level, 800 sf home is located in a residential/commercial duplex with a long-time dentist's office next door which keeps polite business hours. The tidy building is just steps away from all the conveniences and attractions of downtown Pacific Grove.
