This top-floor condo is the perfect place to relax or work remotely. Chill on the expansive deck, warmed by a fire pit, and fall asleep to peekaboo ocean views and the sounds of the ocean. There's 200+ mbps internet and a workspace. It was recently redecorated and has premium mattresses (Tempurpedic and Bryte).

It's within walking distance of the beach, breweries, an 18-hole golf course, and gorgeous coastal hiking. And it's just 20 minutes from downtown SF and 15 minutes from SFO airport.
The space
You'll walk up a flight upstairs to enter the top-floor condo. It has a large balcony with outdoor seating, a lounger, and a fire pit. Otherwise quiet, from the bedrooms you can hear the ocean & see peekaboo ocean views.

In the living room, there's a smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. There is also a twin sofabed. The kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you need to make a great meal. There's also a dedicated workspace.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size luxury bed and one with a queen Tempurpedic and a twin XL trundle bed.

There is free parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is free and easy.

There's free laundry underneath the unit. It is shared with other units so you may see other people going in and out of the area.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and the private balcony.
Other things to note
No parties and the group must be quiet after 10 PM outside. Guests cannot bring more than the specified number of people. We live nearby and have picky neighbors so we thank you for your understanding :)

The property was wonderful! It was perfectly located, easy to find, and navigate to and from either by walking or car. I would be happy to stay again in this house and appreciated the information that was provided in their welcome book and so many things labeled. Our only hang up: We take our shoes off in every home we stay in, whether it is our own or someone else's home, and we could tell that not everyone else had done this when previously staying in this apartment - not "bad," or excessively dirty, but also not what WE would consider ideal. All in all, if visiting the area again, I would not hesitate to stay in any of the properties that this couple rent out.

Great Pacifica Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. With two bedrooms and another bed in the living room, each of us had their own space and place to sleep. The unit was very quiet and comfy. Just a short stroll to the beach, and once there we could walk for miles. The Pacific coast is beautiful. We found mary nearby Mom and Pop restaurants and enjoyed them all. Highly recommended. Definitely would stay again when we return.

Great location

Came here for a one night getaway with my partner, but she got sick the day before so I ended up just going solo. It was a nice quiet place to relax, and the location is great. Even in the foggy December weather it was really nice to take a morning walk, grab a coffee, and watch the massive waves.My only critique is that I found the bed really uncomfortable, but I might just be picky because I think this about every hotel/rental I've stayed at

Perfect for Mamas Get Away

This flat was very clean and comfortable for 3 mama friends that needed a break. The porch was wonderful to sit out at the fire pit at night and breakfast in the sun in the morning. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space. Only 2 blocks from the beach.

Perfect little beach house

We were going to a Giants game but did not want to stay in San Francisco so we found this little beach house a block from the beach and it was perfect. Walking distance to cute coffee shops, lots of great trails close by. It was super clean, beds were very comfortable and had an outdoor roof top seating area with a cozy fire pit. We could open the windows at night and hear the ocean and let the cool breeze in. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a spot just outside the city.
