Il Vento del Nord is a bright and recently renovated apartment, immersed in a small residence with a swimming pool that offers a quiet and relaxing environment. A perfect place for those who want a peaceful break, to live with family or a couple of friends.
The spaces are well-kept and welcoming, designed to offer every comfort. The private synthetic grass garden is the ideal corner for outdoor breakfasts or moments of relaxation after a day at the lake.
The location is truly privileged: the center of Padenghe can be easily reached on foot, while the free parking right in front of the entrance of the residence makes everything even easier.
Pets allowed on request , with a supplement between 50 and 100€ depending on size.

Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals.
To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage .
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
