The apartment is very spacious with modern furniture and had an open layout. The decor was excellent and it was extremely clean. Everything is new and in perfect working order and the apartment is spotless. The location literally couldn’t have been better, perfect position in the city center. Sara was a great host and offered many tips to eat near the apartment, supermarkets nearby and things to visit.

We booked this apartment for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children) for 3 nights. When we arrived, we noticed that the image advertised on the booking did not match what was provided in the apartment. The owner also mentioned that we would be charged 45 cents for eveyr kilo watt of electricity used for the period of our stay - this contradicted the agreement with Hotels.com that 5 Euros per day will be charged for use of the air condition per day but not for the electricity used as measured by the electric meter. We got in touch with Hotels.com and they clarified that we are only to pay 5 Euros per day and no more is required. The owner was not happy but they indicated they were aware of the agreement. In terms of the flat itself, it is very hot even with air condition on, there is not enough seating for 4 people - there is a 2 seater sofa and 1 seater chair that is very uncomfortable, the shower just dripped. The floors were so dirt, there was a constant uncomfortable feeling of a carpet of dust under our feet. It was clear that this apartment had not been cleaned properly prior to us arriving there. The apartment block itself was smelly and smelt of rotting garbage inside. The area was not very nice and overall our experience really dampened our stay. I won't recommend this apartment to anyone. Hotels.com have been very helpful and have refunded part of our payment for the inconvenience caused to our family.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was roomy, modern and very clean. It is close to the center and 7 minutes walking from the Scrovegni Chapel. Sara is genial and trustworthy, helpful, friendly and prompt. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
