Although the front desk person at check-in was delightful and helpful and check-in was very smooth. The condition of the hotel was not the best as far as outdated worn out carpeting. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it could be. It wasn’t very user-friendly in the room. It just needs a lot of updating the furniture was old there weren’t any USB ports to plug in phones. The beds were fine and comfortable, but other than that for a Holiday Inn express that I’m used to this wasn’t the normal.
