This was a very poor experience. Breakfast was terrible — the only options available were toast and eggs. Milk, fruit, and cereal were all out of order. The juice and coffee were extremely diluted with water. The standard room did not have a sofa chair, no coffee machine, and no bottled water. During the three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service at all. There was not even shower gel provided. Noise insulation was very poor. Footsteps from the room above could be clearly heard. I have never stayed at such a bad Best Western Plus before.
