All in all the knights inn was ok. I would stay there again. My only complaint was the complementary breakfast they have. I wouldn’t call that breakfast. The juice machine was broken down. They ran out of cups and hot water. We asked the front desk person but she didn’t want to be bothered. She had no customer service skills at all. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. She could’ve acknowledge the guests and say I will be with you in a couple minutes but she had no response or maybe she is hard of hearing. So I would have to say the front desk person was very very rude. I don’t appreciate it at all. The other guests and I gave each other looks of disappointment. I am from near Page Az but there are times we stay at the hotel because we are too tired to drive home after a whole day at the lake. We have lots of tourist during the summers and we have employees who act like they don’t like their jobs and they make our native people look bad.
