The hotel needs a refurb our air con in the room was like having an helicopter out side your window all night. The toilet door did not shut the door was larger than the opening. BEWARE you have to pay $30 to access the road that takes you to the hotel, its nothing special !!

Staff was not overly friendly or welcoming at checkin. And a huge disappointment was that we weren't able to use the pool after checkout until our flight but we were obviously allowed to make purchases from the gift shop, cafe, lounge and/or dine at the restaurant $.

Beautiful hotel for Antelope Canyon family getaway

Overall a great stay at Lake Powell Resort. Beautiful surrounding from the landscaping, cleanliness, surrounding. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful vistas...in a dirty room

My room was filthy. Beds were made and the rest is history - trash left in the bins, tub had mystery green-blue around the drain, little crackers everywhere and pencils abandoned by the guests before. The price is outrageous and so is having to pay to get into the park. I was refunded the "Resort Fee" but it's laughable they even charge a resort fee when the rooms are filthy and the carpets look like they still belong in the 80's. The employees were kind and helpful but I just hate that I spent so much for subpar cleanliness and lack of room amenities, I called the front desk for conditioner since it was out and not replaced in my room - she said she didn't have a key to get what I needed. Wow!

2 nights at Lake Powell.

Really enjoyed this resort. Went to both restaurants. Used both pools. Accommodated us by allowing us to change rooms at check in for a better view. Helpful staff. Walked the foot path to the campground and beyond in early morning. Walked down to the lake at night. Quick drive to Antelope Canyon and Page.

Lake Powell resort being on the shores of Lake Powell is unbeatable. Views of the water and Mesas are very scenic. The resort itself had a couple of pools and restaurants which were convenient and then a whole marina for renting boats and buying supplies. Our room with a few of the Lake was pleasant enough. The credenza was a bit worn, but nothing really detracted from our stay.

So clean and the staff was amazingly friendly! Loved that they are pet friendly. The sliding door to the outside is a game changer when you travel with a dog. Only wish the pizza place and other restaurants were all open! Beautiful views!!!

The location is fantastic, especially the view! The property is well maintained but the rooms are very “tired” The main building has been nicely renovated, but the lobby has a strange odor. The rooms need new furnishings, and an elevator.
