Everything was wonderful, but what stood out most was how clean and well-maintained the room was. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Very outdated facility it smelled old and had popcorn ceilings and just drab and dreary. The front desk charged a hidden fee we were lucky we caught it right away. The best part is the view but you get charged to go in there which is an additional fee of 30 dollars or more considering how long your stay is it is not included with the hotel room. The people who work in the restaurant and bar were very friendly and made you feel welcome so that was nice. Overall it was just okay.

The rooms were clean. The location was quiet. The staff was friendly. There was a fridge in the room. Great views Shower pressure was low. The pool was closed for winter. The exercise room was in a different building. The AC/heating unit a bit dated.

Since this was the offseason the room I booked was not available. They only were housing guests in one section of the hotel. Was disappointed and not worth the price. Only one restaurant open. Staff were friendly and provided a 20% off coupon for dinner. I’m sure is a lovely place to stay during their busy season. Just not during offseason as most of the beauty and amenities not available.

In the hotel a total of maybe 10 parties. On a total of maybe 8 to 10 building as ours was number 7. All of the 10 parties stayed right there in number 7. We got warned that our room was not a view of the lake which was fine by us as we booked the hotel for the view from the swimming pool. As we settle in we realize that it is gonna be noisy. We can hear doors slamming, neighbours screaming in the hallways and upstair neighbours apparently moving in upstairs. We get ready for the pool. Then we learn it's closed. It's okay there's a second one. We go inquire about the second one. It's also closed due to maintenance. Bear in mind there is a resort fee. The shop is closed. All restaurants have very limited hours of operations. We were not even asked if a lake view room could maybe accomodate us to make up for the losses. We booked without having any warnings of such closures. On our road trip it was our 5th stay and by far the worst of all of them. Won't be coming back.

The restaurant on property was great, food was good service was great. It appears they are still updating the rooms but the lobby gift shop and restaurants are all updated and lovely. The views are phenomenal.

The view from the room was magnificent; however, the rooms themselves felt somewhat outdated and had a noticeable hospital-like odor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room had an unusually strong scent reminiscent of candy. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite this, we ultimately chose to check out one day early and forfeited the remaining night in order to return to the city and stay at a more modern hotel. With a few improvements—such as updating the bathrooms, removing the carpeting, and introducing more pleasant ambient scents throughout the property—the hotel could significantly enhance the overall guest experience

Clean rooms, beautiful views, breakfast was so-so. $25.00 per head and only hot items were scrambled eggs and bacon. Best Western was free and very good breakfast buffet.

The resort is beautiful but they charged me about $57 after checking out with any reasons!!! I connected with them and they said it is deposit and will be refunded. But actually didn’t!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Everything closes around 8pm, the pool, the hot tub even the fire pits by the driftwood lodge get turned off before 8pm. Paying a resort fee yet unable to use any amenities

It was a nice stay with our kids. Beautiful view. Dinner-wonderful with a friendly server. Breakfast Burritos were amazing from the cafe in the morning and so was the staff that served us.
