The location of the property is gorgeous and having 2 pools and a hot tub were nice. However the rooms need some work/renovations. There were also a list of little things that added up. The shower was only lukewarm. You had to go to the front desk to get pool towels. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice, etc.

We stayed 3 nights, the hotel is a bit dated but clean and can't beat the view of Lake Powell right outside. The pool was heated and that was a plus, limited dinning options as we went during off season. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing location, breathtaking views from the room, however the Hotel is in serious need of upgrades. Our room looked and felt very dingy. No adequate lighting. Furniture super old, scratched and wobbly. Popcorn-like ceiling. It might have been clean, but felt unclean. Beds were ok. Balcony needs a little table (only 2 basic chairs). Room had no desk. Had a hard time connecting to WiFi. Very little options for food within short distance. Despite the beautiful views/location, would not go back and would not recommend.

The views of the lake were awesome. The room was so dated , everything was. They literally put us in the next to the last unit meanwhile the resort was pretty light with guests. I mentioned to the hotel co forget why did they put us all the way at the other end when there was plenty of open spots and even a view we could see but they said it would cost extra. I would not stay here again
