I’ve stayed there before it was amazing this time it was a bit hot but Baya and Paul the owners are very nice and it’s very special to stay on Navajo land.

It's an amazing place to experience nature and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. You get a chance to really unplug; no electricity and no running water but still comfort and relaxation!

Needs improvement . Please advise your guest ahead of time of weather condition on their stay. Advise your guest ahead of time, that they will be responsible of taking their trash. this is ridiculous! Staff should offer their guest at least 2 option of their meal. For $15 each plate that was awful meal.Should have thought a meal worth it for the price. The idea of the property is awesome but service is very disappointing. I hope you will improve about the it.

This is an incredible place. The owners were very nice and helpful. They are very attentive and made sure we had the best stay possible. I loved the land and how it is cared for. The idea of keeping a space like this is wonderful. The night sky was priceless and unreal. I think they have the cleanest outhouses I have ever seen. My only complaint would be the heat. And I know that the owners are not responsible for the weather, but the cabin we stayed in (there is only 1 cabin) was overwhelmingly hot. It only has a window on 1 side, so the air does not go through the cabin to cool it off. I spoke with another guest, who stayed in the tent, who said it did cool off. We were provided with a fan that was supposed to run for 6 hours, but lasted less than 4. I have 3 children, who can usually sleep through anything, but they could not endure the heat. I know that this is "personal" and other people might be able to sleep in the heat, but it was VERY uncomfortable. So much so, that we only stayed 1 night instead of 2. If you cannot sleep in the heat, think twice about the "cabin". When I informed the owner of our change of plans, it was a little frustrating as he made it sound like there was something wrong with me in not being able to sleep in the heat. He kept indicating that it is "personal preferences" or something to that effect and that other people seem to do just fine. I am glad others do! and I wish I could, because I would have loved a second night. but it was too hot!

The place is exceptional and unbelievable. Great spot to disconnect and regroup. We loved everything. The only thing we missed were lounge chairs or similar. It would have been awesome to just lay outside and lose yourself while stargazing.

Experience turned sour
At the start of the trip, my friends and I enjoyed the stay. Paul was responsive and detailed when contacting me with logistics. Baya was also very hospitable. It was an unique experience “glamping” in a tent. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour after check out. After leaving the premises, I received a text message from Paul that they found damage to one of the mesh windows from our tent two hours later. Thus, he had to charge us a steep $150. I checked with my girlfriends and none of us recall damaging the window as we received a picture from Paul for the damage. We decided to head back to the property to verify the location of the damage in the tent. Baya took us to the damage, and we were confident that we did not damage it. Paul claimed it doesn’t matter who damaged it but we are responsible since he claimed the mesh window was not damaged when we checked in. Paul also stated that the tents are commercial quality and are able to withstand strong winds, but accused us of ripping the screen by resting our bags against it, which none of us did. The civilized exchange of conversation turned hostile when Paul started raising his voice and threatened to call the police unless we paid him immediately. I told Paul that we would not have returned to the property if we were trying to avoid paying. We went back to the property to try and resolve the situation. We felt like he was taking advantage of us since we were the only party with all female in the party. Disappointing.
