The front desk staff in the morning of the 29th was not friendly at all. The lady at the breakfast area wasn’t either at first. We ran out of bread, milk, coffee, eggs, and fruits. 2 Waffle makers were out of order. Folks coming to the lady at the breakfast area asking for these things were required to be patient as she explained she was the only one to serve there, which I do not think is a reason to be unfriendly and even rude. When filing the stuff, she said these bread bags (2 or 3) are the rest she had that morning! What? Is it for a motel/hotel that served customers? When customers were settled down a bit, the lady came out and then served with a smile.
Amenities are old, tivi is very small, like 24-27”. Blankets are thin, no thick blankets though it’s pretty cold on the 28th and 29th of Dec 2025. Very bad experience. Never go back there again!
