What a great place to stay and relax. It has all the essentials to make your life easier. A super market 2 min walking, near to the bus station . Near the beach and all restaurants.has a small patio set for you to enjoy the afternoon . A 10 min ride to hamilton. What i found the must unique was Celia the hotel owner . She is adorable. She is very friendly and had the time to chat with me for a while. Definitely it is a place to return and do Bermuda at your time.

INCREDIBLE HOSPITALITY, CLEAN, GREAT VALUE!

Tremendous hospitality by Ms. Dawkins. I felt the utmost welcome, safety, and kindness during my trip to Bermuda and will definitely be returning. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and spacious and really felt like I was staying with family. I can’t recommend this hidden gem enough. Ms. Dawkins takes great pride in the property she built and cared for with a labor of love over the last 40 years. There’s a pool on property and a store right down the block for convenience. Not far from Hamilton. Great value! So happy I chose to stay at Dawkins Manor under the care of the absolute nicest lady on the island!

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. The property was clean and quiet. The stocked kitchen and the nearby grocery store allowed us to eat some meals in, which was convenient and helped save some money. The owner, Celia, was very kind and helpful, even offering to take us to the airport if our taxi didn't show up. The apartment was walking distance to Elbow Beach, and easy bus rides to Hamilton, the South Shore, and attractions in the North. I would recommend Dawkins Manor. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location for grocery ,bus, Hamilton, and the glorious beaches on the south coast. Owner helpful when we really needed her. Daily housekeeping was well done. We enjoyed our stay at Dawkins Manor very much. Miss Dawkins was welcoming and kind and treated us like family. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location was ideal for catching the bus to Hamilton and the beaches, as well as a local grocery store at the bottom of the hill. We can't recommend this place enough! Definitely a hidden gem!
