The hotel is getting run down, in general, but overall, clean enough. The bathtub/shower in the first room I was in had a major crack in the bottom, and when you stepped into the shower, the bottom had quite a bit of "give" and it felt like you were going to step through it. Water was definitely leaking into the cracks below the tub. I brought it to the front desk's attention, and they said this has been a long-standing problem in this room, but maintenance says it is fine and they are just waiting for something to fix it. They did move me to a new room, but they should not be putting anyone in my original room until it is fixed properly.
