This lovely condo is conveniently located near all that uptown Pagosa has to offer. It's bright and spacious and boasts, central AC, a cozy gas fireplace and covered porch that overlooks a large greenbelt, complete with a gas grill for barbecues and outdoor seating around the fire pit. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine after a day of adventure while watching the local deer meander by or taking your pup out for a morning walk. When not enjoying the tranquility of the back patio, you are just a 10- minute walk or bike ride to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and boutique stores. It is also conveniently located as a three-minute drive from essentials such as the grocery store, gas station, and much more. When you are ready to explore beyond, downtown Pagosa is only an 8-minute drive away with hot springs, restaurants, shopping, rafting/tubing and other activities are at your fingertips. Golfers have ready access to Pagosa Springs' 27-hole golf course right around the corner, and shopping and dining are within easy walking distance.

Home Layout:

As you enter through the front door the main living area is to your right and the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are on your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and sliding glass doors that open onto a covered patio that can be enjoyed (almost) year round. The deck overlooks a large greenbelt area with lovely views of Pagosa Peak. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, ample storage space and en suite bathroom. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom is in the hallway next to the bedrooms. Upstairs in the loft you will find the second full bathroom, twin bed and full size futon bed.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Plenty of room with two bedrooms, and a loft upstairs. With two teenage girls, having the three bathrooms was a HUGE plus! Its an older condo, but everything worked as expected, and the updates and furnishings were fine. It also has a great location, being close to Walmart, and many of the popular restaurants.The only small annoyance, which can't be controlled, is that the neighbors parked in our assigned parking spot. They were renters as well, so not much you can do if they're not going to follow the rules. Nothing the condo owner/manager can do really.Even so, there was overflow parking a few steps away, so again, not a huge deal.Communication with the management company was great! Any time I had a question, they were only a text away, and responded quickly.We enjoyed the condo, and appreciated the management company's quick communication! We will definitely stay here again if its available.Thanks!
