This home has four (4) COVERED DECKS & a fenced half acre yard with over 90 mature ponderosas on the 1 acre property, situated close to everything (5 min to shopping/pool/gym/hot springs/downtown/restaurants & 25 min from Wolf Creek). Enjoy the beautiful (shaded) backyard and the surrounding vacant lots away from the heat, construction and noise of downtown! We've now welcomed over 700 guest parties to our exclusive home since 2008. One of our guests described our second floor as a ''Luxury Tree House".
SPECIAL MONTHLY RATES: $3950/month for April, May, September & November; $5500/month for January, February, March, June, July, August, October & December. Utilities extra for monthly rentals. Long term rentals would be managed through owner (using the same contractual documents with no extra charges) , outside of this site.
This two Storey home has the MAIN AREA on the TOP FLOOR- NOT SUITABLE for those who cannot climb 25 steps-which allows viewing the abundant wildlife (deer, elk, bear, foxes, birds, skunks) year-round. The master bedroom has a King Tempurpedic, the second bedroom has a Queen Tempurpedic and the third bedroom has another Queen bed. There's a new Italian Leather Queen sleeper sofa and two reclining chairs in the living room (extra sleeping space in the Queen sleeper sofa). If cooking is your passion, you'll enjoy the well-appointed gourmet kitchen to put on a full Thanksgiving/Christmas meal/enjoy a BBQ etc.

RADIANT HEATED WOOD FLOORS/GAS FIREPLACE/TEMPURPEDIC KING & Queen bed/HEATED GARAGE/mini split AC in upper level (the lower level stays naturally cool & we provide a fan in one of the bedrooms). Professionally landscaped. 5 min from Pagosa’s natural hot springs; 25 min to Wolf Creek and lots of wildlife in the yard (we've seen bears chasing deer and elk through our vacant lot outside of the fenced backyard on several occasions!).
