Inside, you'll find an inviting, three-level interior. Vaulted ceilings soar in the light-filled Great Room, highlighted by a natural gas fireplace as well as amazing mountain and river views. Prepare everything from picnics to three-course meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with modern appliances and ample granite counter space. Extra perks include radiant floor heating, an in-home washer/dryer, and ceiling fans that provide cooling throughout.
Step out to your covered back deck to find a firepit, gas grill and stunning mountain views. Great house location overlooking the beautiful San Juan River Valley. Back porch was amazing! Rooms were great and great location. Only complaint would be landscaping. Lots of weeds and first impression pulling up was a little worrisome. Luckily rest of house was great.

We had an amazing time at this house. The views were beautiful, the drive was an easy 20 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area and 10 minutes to town to eat or go to the hot springs. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 toddlers. We are already planning our next trip back to this house!
