Relax in the inviting living area, complete with plush couches and a stunning kitchen boasting quartz countertops, a spacious island with seating for four, a 5-burner stove, and all the cooking essentials you need, including a coffee maker. The bathroom is a haven of luxury with a soothing rainfall shower head.

Step out the back door to discover a picnic table and a ping pong table to enjoy. Climb the steep steps into the loft, offering a glimpse of the ocean, comfortable seating, and yoga mats for those seeking tranquility. Alternatively, unwind, sip cocktails, and bask in the natural beauty surrounding you.

Additionally, located just outside the greenhouse is the owner's pet grooming salon. This salon is operated only during the day (operating hours vary as we try not disturb out guests)

Please note that access to our listing is convenient and drivable. Although the roads leading to the space are paved, our driveway is covered with gravel, but rest assured, any standard vehicle can safely navigate to the space – no 4x4 necessary.
