Another great stay at the Redcliffe. Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance and good free car parking. All staff at the hotel friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. They definitely go above and beyond.

Lovely hotel but
I stay in lots of hotels and I prefer to stay in non corporate ones if possible. But, you do get consistency in them. A few little niggles prevent this lovely hotel from getting 5 stars from me. Wouldn’t stop me coming back , but for no cost , could be that bit better. No info in the room at all about hotel facilities, pool, mealtimes, menus etc. I had to return to reception to get dinner menu. Three course set meal good value and lovely food. Next night bar meal, fish n chips £17. I’ve had bigger fish fingers! Very disappointed. My partners light bite was a bigger meal. I did mention it and the bar man apologised. I was still hungry though! Lovely breakfast overlooking the sea. Heating was off in room all day making it a bit chilly but comes on late at night? TV has lots of channels but most of them are blank. As I said, small but annoying niggles that don’t need to be .
