Disappointed with the stay at this hotel, when booking there was no mention of the activity’s in the hotel. After booking a few days later got an email saying we may hear music in our room. This was an understatement, until 1am in the morning we could hear banging music through the room as if we was in the venue.
After receiving the email I thought to cancel but no cancel policy in place. So be very careful when booking a weekend if you want to sleep.
We ordered drinks to the room using the app that didn’t turn up and we have had to launch a case with PayPal to get the refund.
Rooms are nice which is a shame it got let down, at the price point I would avoid
Room wasa good size especially since I use a walker the extra room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great although disappointed there was no cereal. Staff very friendly and helpful especially young Matthew. Will reccommend to family and friends and will return.
I like staying here through workbeven though it would be ceaper to get a taxi home
