Ein tolles Haus mit super Ausblick!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, es passte alles! Die Lage ist sehr gut, in 10 Minuten ist man im Ort, zum Strand braucht man ca. 15 Min (ohne Auto). Der Ausblick ist einfach fantastisch. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas erweitert werden. Nur ein Satz Besteck und mit Steakmessern, statt "normaler" Messer. Wir haben einen Satz einfache Messer gekauft und im Haus gelassen. Ebenso das Geschirr, ein zweiter Satz für 6 Personen könnte nicht Schaden. Aber das war schon das "Negative" Der Pool ist groß genug, unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß, es ist auch ein Basketballkorb vorhanden, der auch von unseren Kids ordentlich genutzt wurde. Auf der Terrasse hat man die Möglichkeit einen Windschutz zu aktivieren, was Dank der Fernbedienung und dem elektrischen Antrieb kinderlicht geht. Der Grill ist klasse, genügend Gas vorhanden. Super Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß genug (wir waren mit 2E +4K im Haus). Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war super, sehr freundlich. Zur Begrüßung stand ein großer Präsentkorb auf dem Esstisch, in jedem Zimmer noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, haben wir so noch nie erlebt, einfach klasse! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Traumhafte Lage

Die Villa liegt auf einer Anhöhe und ermöglicht einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Der Pool ist groß,sauber und hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der schönen Villa gehabt. Einziger Kritikpunkt... Es muss dringend ein neues Besteck Set her........

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick!

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager im Alter von 15 und 19) in diesem schönen Haus. Das einzige, was sich für unsere Töchter etwas merkwürdig anfühlte war, dass sie unter Hulk und Daisy Duck schlafen mussten. Ansonsten ist das Haus ideal für einen Urlaub am wirklich schönem Pool und wunderbarem Meerblick. Der Außenbereich ist klasse! Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Zum Strand geht man ca. 5 Min und kann von da an endlose Strandspaziergänge machen. Restaurants sind fußläufig in knapp 30 Min. auch über den Strand zu erreichen. Ein Auto sollte man jedoch vor Ort haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Aussicht und herzliche, professionelle Gastgeber

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Schon der Kontakt vor der Anreise war professionell und freundlich und auch die Begrüßung bei der Ankuft war supernett. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren zuverlässig. Die Küche ist sehr modern, könnte für vier Personen aber etwas besser mit Kochgeschirr (Nudelsieb, großer Topf,...) ausgestattet sein. Aber das hat keinen Einfluss darauf, dass wir uns sehr wohl in der Villa Loba gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank :)

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Freundliche Übergabe und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. ( z.B. ein besserer Wasserkocher oder ein Nudelsieb). Alles andere war aber so wie beschrieben und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Très bien mais....

Emplacement au calme, maison très agréable et contemporaine. elle est bien entretenue et propre. Le seul bémol est dans le matériel de cuisine mis à disposition. Vaiselle et couverts ( par 6) un peu juste en nombre car à 4 personnes cela oblige soit de faire systématiquement une vaiselle soit à faire 2 lave vaisselles par jour (écologie!!) Maison à recommander malgré tout

Die Terrasse, der Pool, der Ausblick, einfach traumhaft!!! Nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Elternschlafzimmer- Bett ist super groß und man liegt sehr gut drin. Küche ist gross und modern. Badezimmer etwas klein und leider eine Duschwanne. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und gesichert. Auto steht mit auf'm Grundstück. Wohnung ist zu empfehlen!!!
