This place is almost perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the Isan theme throughout the room and hotel. We had driven all day to get there, and we were so hungry. We called a little before 9:00, when they stop cooking and they had dinner waiting for us when we arrived at 9:20! Amazing! My only complaint was that our water did not stay a consistent temp and was rarely warm enough. The sink is in the bedroom area, and we both thought if it was there, there should be a door separating it from the bed. I think it would be an easy fix. Food was delicious, there are lots of other great places to eat, and you are really close to the main entrance of Khao Yai National Park ā€” a must visit for sure. We will be back here!!

Staff are very kind and were able to assist with finding a cab to the park and back. Would recommend for those looking to travel to Khao Yai! It is the closest to the entrance of the park

The location is golden because itā€™s located near Khao Yai National Park and famous Isaan restaurant ā€œPenlaosā€. The room is somewhat clean, but they might have to deal with insects i.e. ants, mosquitoes, etc. Thereā€™s also the problem with hot water as Iā€™ve read in many comments before. The truth is, you have to turn the hot water tap into the right position and it will come out, but still, I think the shower set is need to be fixed or replaced since when itā€™s hot, itā€™s really hot. Frankly, on my check-out day, thereā€™s no hot water coming out even though Iā€™ve tried to turn the tap in every directions. Thereā€™s a mold spotted in the shower section. The staffs are enthusiastic and helpful. I give them 10/10.

There were not many vegetarian options in the morning buffet breakfast. I had to just eat salad and cereal one of the days. Everything either has meat or fish sauce in it. It would be nice to have a few hot items to be vegetarian. Also it would be nice if vegetarian items be marked. Otherwise each person will need to continuously keep asking staff as to what is vegetarian and what is not. Since this is a popular tourist destination, the above is not an unreasonable request

Stay was average. But this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Maybe a 4. The rooms are not big and very average. Had very noisy neighbors who stayed up all night (literally) so got no sleep. Breakfast was good. Location good near park entrance.

We stay 3 days 2 nights here. Overall room is ok. Staff are helpful. But they do nit clean our room saying because of covid. So we end up cleaning room ourselves !! Shower room is bad. There are only super hot or super cold water . No warm. And water did not drain properly. So we end up stopping now and then during shower, waiting for the water to drian first Shower room

Itā€™s a nightmare dealing with the front desk if you are not a local as they speak limited English. The outdoor cinema has great ambience but they play English movies in Thai which we donā€™t understand. The breakfast selection is limited. Best item for breakfast is the pork skewer. No proper booking system for the spa. Need to go to the front desk to book and they canā€™t confirm immediately will need to let you know the next day which is a hassle as we canā€™t plan our activities. Our room was facing the pond and they rear geese as pets. The geese wakes us up every morning at 7am by their honking.
