Une croissance fantome

Une belle surprise si on peut dire : Vente de vent ! Personne au point de rendez-vous pas de bateau Tous les numéros donnés par hotels.com sont hors service. Après des recherches, et des renseignements pris auprès d hôtels et d agences de voyages locale, la dernière croisière Vatphou a eu lieu en 2020 et il n y en a plus depuis le COVID. le patron a jeté l éponge en 2022 et le bateau est à vendre (en tout cas il l était en 2023) J attends toujours un retour d hotel.com qui se renseigne... Incroyable qu hotel.com la commercialise encore. Un défaut de contrôle et de vigilance évident... A voir si la compensation proposée (s il y en a une) est à la hauteur de la déception. Je mets les photos du point de rdv ou l embarquement devait se faire.
