This apartment is a couple of minutes walk away from the calm, beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava! It is situated within close proximity of restaurants, cafes and shops. The property is ideal for relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! House divided into 3 apartments with a share of the swimming pool. This flat is on the ground floor, with no lift. Maximum capacity of 6 people. Situated in a quiet neighborhood 300m from the beach. There is access to a relaxing terrace with table and chairs where you can have breakfast in the sun. Living room with tv, fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Fully renovated and equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, oven dishes, fridge, oven and microwave. It has 3 double bedrooms: 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 185cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x180cm + 80x190cm) and another bedroom with 2 beds (80x 90cm + 90x190cm). There are also 1 bedroom with bath and 1 bedroom with shower.Pets are no allowed . Youth groups accepted.Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Wifi not included.
