Just at a few meters from the beach and close to all amenities, this apartment, suitable for 6 occupants, has a living-dining room with access to a large terrace with pretty much privacy, 3 bedrooms of which one is en suite, another is twin and the third one has got a bunk bed, and a separate bathroom.
The bunk bedroom has exit to a small garden which is at the entrance of the apartment.
Parking in communal garage on the building ground floor.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Un petit coin de paradis sur la Costa Brava !
L'appartement était spacieux et confortable et bien entretenu. Par contre quelques petits défauts malgré tout :
- Etagère bouteille du réfrigérateur manquante.
- Cafetière électrique à remplacer car entartrée
- Climatisation non remplacée ( reste la télécommande)
- joint cabine de douche abîmé
Sinon l'appartement est très bien situé et tout peut se faire à pied en quelques minutes à Calella . Calella est très pittoresque et le chemin côtier est super et permet d'accéder à des criques . Palafrugell, à proximité, comporte toutes les commodités nécessaires et un marché où il faut absolument aller faire un tour en particulier le dimanche.
Le personnel de l'agence est gentil et disponible et a regretté, comme nous, que l'annonce en ligne, ne précisait pas que notre chien devait payer 5 euros par jour .
Il faudrait le préciser à l'avenir pour que les futurs locataires le sachent avant de finaliser leur réservation.
