It is in the area known as Aigua Gelida, a privileged location with magnificent views of the coast, just 1.5 km from the enchanting beach of Tamariu. It is the ideal home for relaxing, given its very quiet location and fantastic views. The property offers a large terrace with pool and excellent sea views.
Villa Celimar is built over three levels. On the ground floor we find the parking area and the entrance hall.
On the first floor is the sleeping area with four bedrooms; one double bedroom en suite with access to the terrace and private bathroom, two double bedrooms with access to the terrace share a shower-room and the master suite with access to the terrace and the private shower-room.
The second floor is a very bright and comfortable space for relaxing, consists of a large, bright day area with the living room that have access to large outdoor terrace area with the pool, the large dining area with American kitchen fully equipped and integrated into the space have access to another terrace ideal for dining, with a beautiful barbecue area.
