Villa Mas Ichthus is a modern and beautifully situated luxury villa with spectacular views over the Alt Empordá, the olive groves, to the bay of Roses.

On the upper floor (at street level) there is a large entrance hall, living-dining area with satellite TV, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and a guest WC.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor central heating for the winter months.

The three double bedrooms ( two of them ensuite), the bathrooms and a practical lounge with bar, fridge and another TV, are located on the lower level.
From all rooms on the lower floor you can reach the spacious pool terrace and the Mediterranean landscaped garden.

Great house with excellent view

Het huis was erg goed. 3 slaapkamers beneden, 2 ensuite en 1 grote aparte. Boven grote woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Terras buiten is over de hele breedte van het huis met uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. Savonds prachtig uitzicht op Roses. Zwembad was heerlijk, groot met terras.

Belle escapade au dessus de Roses

Tres bonne semaine passée dans une villa au confort haut de gamme : rien n'a manqué a notre confort, et nous avons profité de la piscine et de la belle vue sur la mer tous les jours. Détail non négligeable, aucun moustique n'est venu jouer les troubles fête. La maison est tres bien située dans le triangle de Dali pour visiter.
