Très bel appartement, idéalement situé face à la plage et au centre des restaurants , des boutiques et animations ! Rien ne manque . Belle déco, bonne literie , grand balcon . La possibilité d avoir un garage est un plus indéniable . Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances ! La Clim naturelle est très bien mais Seul petit bémol pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon fenêtre ouverte : il y a énormément de bruit côté plage une partie de la nuit et le matin tôt . Sinon tout est parfait . L accueil est fort sympathique de la part du concierge . Des rafraîchissements nous attendent dans le grand frigo ( il y en a deux ) . Nous y reviendrons sans souci

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille ( 4 adultes et 2 ados ) dans ce très bel appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec une vue sublime sur la plage et la mer depuis le balcon/terrasse idéale pour les repas et l apéro ! Aussi une très belle vue depuis la loggia a l arrière de l appartement sur les montagnes le lac et le phare. Les propriétaires et le service de conciergerie sont joignables très facilement et très réactif, au top! Merci pour ce très beau séjour.

L’appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas du centre de Palavas et en face de la mer Il est grand et on a de l’espace Il est super bien rénové les prestations sont de bons goûts Il manque cependant des bols et où tasses pour le petit déjeuner à 6 il n’y en avait que 3 un peu juste On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer et sur Montpellier au loin C’est dommage qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking autre que le garage en surplus dans la résidence On reviendra c’est sûr

Zentrale Lage

Wir haben den Aufenhalt genossen. Die FEWO liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht alles in wenigen Minuten. Der Strand ist gegenüber der Strasse und man hat einen wunderbare Aussicht über die Strandpromenade. Die FEWO verfügt über alles, was man so braucht. Es sollte berücksichtigt werden, dass dies kein FEWO ist für ruhend suchende. Am Abend ist es sehr laut vor dem Haus und auch hinter dem Haus (Strandpromenade/Musik/Lunapark) und auch in den frühen Morgenstunden (Mühlabfuhr/Autos). Auch ist es am Abend heiss in der Wohnung obwohl wir immer alle Fenster offen hatten. Ein Ventilator könnte Abhilfe schaffen und noch mehr Luft durch die Wohnung zirkulieren. Ansonsten hatten wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und gut erreichbar. Garage unbedingt dazumieten, Parkplätze sind in der Hauptsaison sehr rar.

Traumhafte Ferien

Wir hatten wunderbare und entspannte Tage in diesem sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement. Wunderschöne Aussicht von dem schönen Balkon auf das Meer und den Hafen. Da das Schlafzimmer im Norden des Appartements liegt, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Situation exceptionnelle

L'appartement est très agréable et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d'un balcon terrasse avec vue sur la mer . Le matin nous pouvons y voir le lever du soleil et déjeuner sur le balcon bien exposé et suffisamment spacieux. L'appartement se trouve dans le centre ville touristique au milieu des restaurants et commerces , ce qui est bien plaisant. Il est possible de louer un garage, ce qui est un plus non négligeable car les stationnements dans ce quartier sont payants et rares en période d'affluence.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement chaleureux, lumineux et qui a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et du mobilier de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que l’appartement soit grand et le fait d’être traversant avec deux terrasses est très plaisant. Les petits déjeuners en terrasse avec la vue sur mer étaient parfaits. L’accès à la résidence est hautement sécurisé c’est appréciable. Agréable aussi de disposer de l’ascenseur.

Bien situé face à plage populaire bruyante

Appartement bien situé face à la mer, station balnéaire populaire très bruyante de jour et surtout de nuit. Problème rencontré avec les portes vitrées donnant sur la loggia, équipées de freins manuels trop faibles sous l'effet du vent, ce qui a entraîné un bris de glace sur la porte de la cuisine = qui nous a plus contrariés que les nuisances sonores, et qui nous sera facturé. Appartement (placards poussiéreux, aspirateur vieux sale et malodorant, housses matelas et oreillers sales donc lavés par nous à l'arrivée, lave-linge et douche sales...) nettoyé à fond à notre arrivée et à notre depart.
