Fabulous location

The location is amazing the proximity of the beach & sea just wonderful. Great communication with the owner & Property Manager within walking distance to a number of restaurants, local shop very close to the property driving distance to the boulangerie . Only criticism is bathrooms need updating but not a huge problem. Hopefully visit again next year .

Beach House

Location absolutely amazing, directly on a beautiful sandy beach. The only reason I have given 4 stars is the en-suite bathroom flooded the floor so didn’t use it because of this .Local shop & a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Great communication, thanks to Regine for a small welcome gift & Karim for his help. Hope to return next year !

Nous avons passĂ© de merveilleuses vacances, un petit paradis. La maison se situe face Ă  la mer, Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied. Le logement est meublĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. La propriĂ©taire, ainsi qu’Akim ont Ă©tĂ© Ă  notre Ă©coute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

"Un immense merci à Régine pour nous avoir loué sa magnifique maison au bord de la plage ! Les 2 terrasses avec vue paradisiaque sur la mer étaient absolument incroyables. La cuisine équipée était parfaite pour préparer de bons repas en famille. Le stationnement dans la cour intérieur pour 3 véhicules était trÚs pratique. Les petits cadeaux, trÚs appréciés, de Régine ont été un joli geste qui a ajouté une touche personnelle à notre séjour.Nous avons passé 8 jours ensoleillés et magiques dans cette maison trÚs agréable, avec des literies trÚs confortables. L'emplacement était idéal, avec une épicerie, des dépÎts de pain et des restaurants délicieux à proximité.(Le Lamparino)Un grand merci également à Karim, le concierge, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa sympathie. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille ! Merci encore à Régine pour cette expérience inoubliable."

Leben mit dem Meer

SpektakulĂ€re Lage direkt am Meer. Genial fĂŒr die Nebensaison, wenn das Wetter auch mal nicht so ideal ist: In diesem Haus erlebt man die Abwechslung, die Weite und Gewalt des Meeres unmittelbar mit und kann bei einer Tasse Kaffee gemĂŒtlich den Anglern, Joggern, SpaziergĂ€ngern und Sufern zuschauen. Bei Sonne ist man direkt am Wasser und muss seine Sachen nicht mitnehmen oder zusammenpacken. Oder man geht nachts mal kurz zur Brandung, die Sterne angucken. Die Teenies können auch mal alleine am Strand spazieren gehen oder ins Dorfzentrum. Super ausgestattete KĂŒche. Bei Vollbelegung könnte die einzige Toilette (ohne Fenster/LĂŒftung) ein Engpass werden.

Familie mit 2 Kinder

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es ist ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Die KĂŒche hat einen guten Standard und ist großzĂŒgig ausgestattet. Im Vorfeld hatten wir eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Sie hat unsere Fragen schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir haben beim Hausverwalter beanstandet, dass eine Dusche nicht nutzbar war, da das Wasser binnen Sekunden den Raum geflutet hat. Wir sind mit der Erwartung angereist, dass ein Treppengitter auf der Terrasse angebracht ist, wie auch in den Bildern gezeigt. Leider war dies nicht der Fall und wir mussten fĂŒr unser Kleinkind ein Provisorium zum Schutz bauen. Die Bilder sollten aktualisiert werden.

La situation de la maison est plus qu'idéale quoi de mieux que de se réveiller face à la mer et une belle plage. L'équipement de la cuisine est TOP rien ne manque, la literie est excellente, il faudrait juste penser à un petit rajeunissement des SDB. Je recommande cette maison.

Vue splendide et magique

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour . La vue du sĂ©jour et des 2 terrasses est magnifique et magique Ă  la fois apaisante et dĂ©paysant. La cuisine est extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions avec nos deux petites filles ĂągĂ©es de deux ans. L accĂšs Ă  la plage Ă©tait trĂšs facile et nous en avons en avons bien profitĂ©. Endroit magique

L'endroit est juste magique: les pieds dans l'eau, une grande terrasse qui surplombe la plage et une autre au niveau de la plage. Une grande table et des chaises pour se poser face à la mer à l'abri du vent et au soleil, le paradis. La maison est trÚs bien, une maison familiale simple. Le poele à pellets chauffe magnifiquement bien, il faut toutefois s'arranger pour aller acheter les pellets, et pour cela, il faut nécessairement une voiture! A savoir donc.

Magnifique séjour.

Il y a tout. Il ne manque rien. Emplacement de rĂȘve pour les sportifs ou les contemplatifs. Grandes baies dans le (grand) sĂ©jour avec une orientation optimale et vue directe sur la mer. Repas pris sur la terrasse extĂ©rieure, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous y avons rĂ©uni notre tribu, six adultes, et tous garderont un excellent souvenir de ces vacances. PossibilitĂ© d'y garer jusqu'Ă  trois voitures, dĂ©tail non nĂ©gligeable Ă  Palavas en fonction de la saison...

Das Haus, die Lage und die Ausstattung waren fabelhaft. Leider fehlte uns Platz in einem Schrank, fast alle SchrĂ€nke waren gesperrt, oder mit GegenstĂ€nden der EigentĂŒmer belegt . Auch irritiert, dass der Kautionscheck (immerhin 1.500 €) erst nach 9 Tage zugesandt werden soll.

TrĂšs belle maison avec une magnifique vue, en face de la mer. Une grande plage superbe et propre. Une maison idĂ©ale pour passer des vacances toutes saisons, pour adultes, enfants ou personnes agĂ©es. La propriĂ©taire et le concierge sont trĂšs gentils Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt an einem grossen, sauberen Strand.und Meer. Ein super Ausblick auf das Meer. Ideal fĂŒr Urlaub zu jeder Jahreszeit fĂŒr Senioren, Erwachsene oder Familien mit Kindern. Lebensmittelgeschaefte in der Naehe. Sehr emphehlenswert!

Maison idĂ©ale pour une grande famille ou plusieurs couples ( jusqu'Ă  6 chambres possibles ) .Tout le confort , lave vaisselle , lave linge , rĂ©frigĂ©rateur amĂ©ricain , tout l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager neuf , literie neuve , vous ĂȘtes comme chez vous. Situation exceptionnelle , vue panoramique sur la mer et les Ă©toiles se reflĂ©tant la nuit , on peut rester des heures Ă  contempler la mer . Le jardin c'est la plage , un rĂ©gal pour les enfants et les grands parents . Bref , des vacances de rĂȘve .
