Superb T3 magnificent view! Central and quiet

Superb 63 m2 apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, located in the heart of Palavas, quiet and 300 m from the beach. It can accommodate 6 people. It has a queensize bed in the first bedroom; in the second two bunk beds and a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed (160x200). The large air-conditioned living room offers a view of the canal and the Palavas lighthouse. The bay windows open onto a wooden terrace where we provide you with a garden furniture as well as an electric plancha allowing you to have your breakfasts and dinners outside. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher ...). The bathroom has a large shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine. The toilets are separate. A sofa that can convert into a 160 bed is available in the living room.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants, dans l'appartement de Céline. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Les matelas très confortables ! Il est également idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, des commerces (primeur, boulangerie). Tout était parfait, nous avons déjà envie d'y retourner ! :-)

Emplacement idéal , entre les plages et le centre ville avec vue sur les canaux . Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec placards et rangements . Il n’y a à rien à redire. Communication avec la propriétaire au top. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée sont appréciées. Glaçons déjà prêts, bouteille fraîche etc…

Prima appartement in rustige straat. Alles aanwezig en zeer schoon. Airco was prima, zeker omdat dit in de zomerperiode nodig is. Wifi werkt prima, Netflix voor de kinderen. Konden zelf koken en als nodig de was doen. Uit het appartement loop je zo het toeristengebied in maar op 10 minuten lopen ook rustig strand. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om ook andere steden te bezoeken.

Très bien accueillis par les propriétaires malgré notre retard dû aux bouchons, nous avons vécu des vacances exceptionnelles avec nos 5 enfants. Appartement équipé de A à Z (comme chez soi), localisation idéale ( à 2 pas des commerces et à 10' à pieds de la plage)...

Appartement spacieux, bien placé, ultra propre et fonctionnel, propriétaire très sympa. Petite attention parfaite pour la raquette à moustiques, indispensable à cette saison! Appartement très confortable, très bien situé tout proche de la mer et très calme.

Céline, la propriétaire a mis tout à notre disposition bien que absente nous pouvions la déranger à tout moment mais ne l’avons pas fait car nous étions comme à la maison. Notre séjour un peu court de 5 jours à été magnifique. Je conseille aux futurs vacanciers cette propriétaire.

Un joli appartement bien équipé et idéalement placé a fait le bonheur de notre séjour sur Palavas. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. Nos hôtes ont été véritablement sympathiques et avenants. On sait où revenir si on va de nouveau sur Palavas !
