Located in Palermo, in the Partanna Mondello district, this recently renovated 53 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. You have one bedroom and a living room with a bathroom. The private, well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay. Amenities include private Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, and a baby cot. The apartment is in a fully renovated 1940s building that preserves original elements and offers comfort with a simple design.



You can relax outdoors on your private balcony.



Public street parking is available. The property is close to the beach and public transport. Shuttle services to the airport and train station are available for an extra fee. Events are not allowed on the property.

It is on the first floor without a lift, accessible via 23 straight steps in the common staircase. The bedroom faces the main road and is equipped with soundproof windows. One shutter handle is broken but works if operated manually; it will be fully replaced at the end of the summer season during facade renovation works.
