Great location, clean room. Went for breakfast first morning to be told no breakfast! No explanation! So don't book if your expecting breakfast

There were some positives: it's in a good location, the room is spacious and clean, the shower is good, however despite the hotel description stating breakfast is included, and this also appearing in the room information, there is no breakfast. And if you manage to meet someone who works there they will look at you as if you are mad when you ask about the breakfast. Check in instructions are sent on WhatsApp but at no point did anyone ask if my stay was ok or if I needed anything so guest experience scores zero. There are better places to stay.

Great location! We enjoyed the balcony and how soundproof the windows/doors were. There is no fridge in the room and we were told we couldn’t use the communal kitchen. We received very good instructions on how to find the bnb. Unfortunately the listing said free breakfast but we were told our booking didn’t include it. The listing makes it seem like everyone gets it. When I pointed that out all communication stopped. No directions for check out, nothing.

Huone ei vastannut ihan odotuksia. Kuvat antavat ymmärtää enemmän. Aamupala oli läheisessä baarissa ja siihen kuului kahvi ja makea leivos. Huoneet ei ollutkaan äänieristetyt eli käytävän melu kuului hyvin.
