La camera si trova al secondo piano di un’antico palazzo in pieno centro storico a pochi metri dalla area pedonale di via Maqueda, tra i siti monumentali di maggiore interesse della città raggiungibili a piedi ( chiesa della Martorana, San Cataldo, San Matteo, Cattedrale, Casa Professa, piazza Pretoria),lungo il percorso Arabo-Normanno patrimonio dell'UNESCO, a due passi dai quattro Canti e il Teatro Massimo, a pochi minuti dalla Cattedrale e 15 minuti dalla stazione centrale di Palermo e al porto. Vicinissimo al mercato storico e folkloristico di Ballarò e a tutte le attività commerciali presenti nell’area pedonale (negozi, ristoranti, pub, bar) dove si svolge la movida palermitana. In zona si trovano diversi locali dove gustare l'ottima cucina siciliana e i migliori Street Food.I nostri ospiti hanno accesso alla sala comune, uno spazio creato da un arredamento semplice, dove predominano il legno dei tavoli, il verde delle piante e il bianco delle tende, in modo da far vivere al cliente la sensazione di iniziare la giornata in un luminoso giardino. A disposizione, su richiesta, c'e la cucina dotata di ogni accessorio.
