The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.

Awesome location

Excellent staff, great location, modern amenities in a beautiful building in a historic area. Walking distance to shopping, sightseeing and dining. Palermo is a confusing city to get around in at first, and this gem is tucked away, not on a main drag where a hotel can just pull up and drop you off. Its really unique, Id stay there again.

This location is in the heart of the entertainment District. Great access to bars, clubs and restaurants with a wide variety of each. Can get a little loud if you want to go to bed early but other than that a great location.

For example, throughout our entire two-week stay, the internet was not working due to unexplained reasons, and the hotel offered no compensation or attempt to address the inconvenience.
