This hotel was perfect for us in every respect. We were greeted on arrival by Andrea and he could not have been more helpful, as he was throughout the rest of our 4 night stay. All of the staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. The system for breakfast was excellent i.e. selecting requirements in advance, the choices available were extensive. The hotel was charming and full of character in keeping with it's age (built in 1765), be aware there is no lift which was not a problem for us but may be for others. The buiding is not 'high-rise', 2 flights of stairs to our room. Perfect location being 2/3 minutes walk to the amazing cathedral. I hope this review doesn't result in lack of availability next time we want to stay here.

The staff was very kind- delivered breakfast right to the room, which was a treat. The location was right city center- literally in sight of the Palace and the Palatine Chapel. Many cafes and shops just out the front door. Could not have been more convenient. Bed was large and comfortable.

A refreshing change from the larger hotels we have frequented. No crowded buffet breakfast….at each breakfast you selection your next day’s breakfast. No bar or gym so if you are looking for this understand that is not one of the amenities. Staff was extremely helpful in planning a trip to Monte Pellegrino. There is no elevator but there is staff to carry your bags.

Beautifully decorated, large room located in the heart of the city. The doors opened to the bustling street below but when closed were quite soundproof. Very walkable area with great restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.They helped us arrange for a private driver each way from the airport which I would recommend as they can bring you right to the front door in what is otherwise a pedestrian area. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order rather than just a buffet.

We had a problem with our room, the staff were very helpful. We were moved into a bigger room, which they allowed us to stay in for the rest of our time there. The breakfast was delivered to our room, and it was delicious! Very happy with our stay, thankyou. I travelled here with my partner and 4 month old baby.

Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel in Palermo is a fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful historic churches. The rooms are large, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including made-to-order items that were fresh and delicious. While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, there is free parking available nearby, and the staff did a wonderful job communicating clear directions and details to make it stress-free. Between the great service, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Palermo!

Great stay

The nicest place we have stayed so far on this trip. The staff were amazing Alicia, Laura and Andrea all helped us with restaurant and taxi bookings. Room was spacious and breakfast was lovely. Make sure you go into the deli across the road and go out the back for lunch.
