Worn down and dirty

The Gustav Klimt room needed a good renovation I must say. A lot of the things are falling apart or are just dirty. The room smelled like dog and had a lot of dog hair. Probably from the last visitors. The terrace door did not close tightly so you had a feeling that Palermos streets were in the room. The staff was super friendly but a bit confused.

Nos atendieron muy bien, nos dieron una habitación muy bonita y nos recibieron con un vino espumoso y cannoli porque celebramos un evento importante, además de darnos acceso antes de la hora del check in.
