Great location in Palermo but WIFI was MIA

Great location in Palermo. Very quiet apartment situated on a beautiful street. Restaurants on same street. Apartment nicely decorated and modern. We had a package which included internet and tv streaming but was only functional for 2 of the 5 days of our stay. Owner/Manager was not able to have it fixed and did not apply any credit/ discounts for the inconvenience caused to us. WIFI access is a MUST these days and it’s very disappointing not to have it, especially when you paid for it up front.
