Refined apartment in a historic building in the heart of town

Refined private apartment in Palazzo Moncada, an aristocratic building located in the heart of Palermo's historic center. The apartment that was recently renovated, is comfortable and quiet; it has wi-fi and convenient amenities for those who want to feel at home even on the go!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. It will be like living at home.

The apartment, although located in the city center, is reserved and quiet, in fact, it overlooks an inner courtyard with a fountain that helps to forget that you are in the heart of a pulsating and noisy city. The building has a concierge service and the apartment is equipped with alarm and can be reached via an elevator; there are heating and air conditioning services, bed and bath linen and a kitchen with crockery.
The accommodation is equipped with 3 rooms:
Room 1 - living room with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Room 2- Spacious independent bedroom with a double bed
Room 3 - Independent bedroom with a single bed which, on request, thanks to an extractable bed, can become double.
I live in another apartment of the same building and I am available to assist when needed. I am always happy to provide tips of what to see, where to eat and how to enjoy the town!

Palazzo Moncada is located in the heart of Palermo's historic center and within easy reach of its rich heritage of history, culture, art and good food. The building overlooks Via Roma, opposite Piazza San Domenico, where the Church of the same name is located. From the building it is possible to walk to the main places of cultural interest of the city; including the major city theaters and major museums (Palazzo Abatellis and National Archaeological Museum).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can also shop in the shops of via Roma, eat characteristic foods, reach nightclubs in the center, browse through the ancient markets of Palermo, including the "Vucciria", which is a short walk from the apartment The palace is located in front of "La Rinascente", where there are various clothing shops and accessories of well-known brands; on the top floor of the building there is a bar / restaurant where on a large terrace (see one of the photos) overlooking the rooftops of the historic center of Palermo, you can dine or take an aperitif at sunset. The area is also very well connected by public services that allow you to reach all other urban and peripheral areas of Palermo.
Palazzo Moncada is well connected by public transport. There is a paid car park a few meters from the building and free car parks in the immediate vicinity (100-200 mt). Directly from the airport, you can take a bus (€ 7.3 per person) that will leave you a few meters away from the house, in the Via Roma stop. You can also take the train from the airport (€ 5 per person) that will take you to Palermo Central Station in 30 minutes; from there it is about 1 km on foot or by bus along via Roma to reach the apartment.
