Beautifull villa, situated in Mondello, a small beautiful village only 5 minutes from the beaches, and 15 min. to Palermo center.
the villa has a very large garden and front yard with palms and typical Mediterranean threes. There is also a swimming pool that is for private use of the villa only all year 12 mt. x 7 m
Quiet for relaxing however near Palermo town, knows for its most important monuments, churches, theaters and buildings that witness the Arabian, Norman, French and Romain cultures.
The villa is composed by 2 floors. the first floor is a very large living room of 140 sq m.
A very spacious dining room and a kitchen. there is also a restroom with a shower included.
On the second floor there are two bed rooms, one of which is very big a spacious and its has own large private bathroom included. the second bedroom is surely comfortable for two people. there is a nice bathroom on this floor with a shower included.
The style of the entire house is ancient and the furniture are all Sicilian.
All the bed sheets are of excellent fabric quality, Frette, a luxory Italian brand.
The cost included a services of cleaning 2 times a week.
If you arrive with a flight in Palermo airport it is only 15 min. ride to the villa.
You may rent a car or simply take a taxi.
