Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Soggiorno rovinato, host per niente serio

Non ho potuto soggiornare perché l'host ha cancellato la prenotazione esattamente il giorno prima indicando problemi idrici al condominio. Non so dire se questi problemi fossero reali (è una di quelle scuse sempre valide), ma di sicuro il nostro soggiorno (4 persone tra cui un bambino) è stato rovinato in quanto il giorno prima per il giorno dopo non sono riuscito a trovare nessuna struttura alternativa con prezzi umani. Non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte dell'host: sono stato io a contattarlo dopo aver visto la transazione bancaria annullata. Questo è l'aspetto che più mi fa arrabbiare. Le banche sono lente ad agire: l'host avrebbe potuto comunicarmi questi fantomatici disservizi in tempo ed io avrei avuto più giorni per cercare un alternativa. Invece il giorno prima della partenza mi sono ritrovato una notifica di transazione annullata. Il fallimento qui è prima di tutto a livello di umanità.
